To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for consultation services.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Organichandflame, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt resolution through direct communication.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, you agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. Mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed mediator.

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Washington, DC.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes individually through the procedures outlined above.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be conducted in the courts of Washington, DC, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
